The Church in Brazil

The headquarters of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (not "Latter-day") is in Brazil, headed by the seer Mauricio Artur Berger. It is the true continuation of the Church of Christ founded by the Prophet Joseph Smith in 1830. It represents a "rebirth" of the Church, not having descended from any one particular splinter-group church, but rather from the Angel Moroni having returned and ordained Mauricio to have the Holy Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek, which had been lost from all of the churches which continued after the martyrdom of the Prophet Joseph. All of them had lost that priesthood, as well as several precious parts of the gospel and of the church hierarchal structure.

There is now a branch of this reborn church, founded in Duchesne, Utah, in April 2020. This website is hosted by them.
